A short video series to help everyone understand the energy landscape and sustainable energy conversation in Trinidad & Tobago in a greater way, in less than 15 minutes.

The scripts were co-written by renewable energy specialist Siana Teelucksingh and IAMovement co-founder Jonathan Barcant, with critical review, inputs and data contributions from the NGC and Energy Chamber of T&T – and through this, REthinking Energy helped to communicate the energy realities of T&T on a technical level and with a high degree of accuracy, but in a way which was digestible and understandable to all.

Based on observations of public knowledge, and feedback from various key stakeholders and multiple individuals within the energy space of T&T, it is recognized that the REthinking Energy video series played a critical role in raising broader public awareness and collective group awareness within the energy space about many of the important matters pertaining uniquely to Trinidad & Tobago, which were explored and covered in the series. Direct feedback has also suggested that the series helped to shift the needle in political and private stakeholder will in the positive direction, to support actual commitments to projects and programmes which were subsequently made – to support a T&T with greater levels of energy sustainability.
