Jaime Romany is a biologist and marine science graduate, a community builder, and a creative at heart.
Passionate about working with communities across the Caribbean, Jaime focuses on nature-based solutions—especially using vetiver—to support climate resilience. A hands-on problem solver, Jaime enjoys helping people bring their ideas to life and find practical, sustainable solutions rooted in their environments.
Outside of this work, Jaime expresses creativity through painting, natural soap-making with wholesome, health-conscious ingredients, gardening, and scuba diving. Deeply inspired by both people and nature, Jaime is driven by a love for connection, creativity, and meaningful impact.
